The Commercial Brokers Forum is a forum for likeminded commercial real estate agents to join efforts in helping improve and strengthen the commercial real estate industry, whilst at the same time protecting the interests of its members and the industry as a whole.

Who should join?

Commercial property brokers who are registered with the PPRA including brokers involved in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties ie. offices, warehouses, factories, land and new developments. The forum is also open to other active particpants within the industry who may serve different functions other than broking. Other welcome participants include landlords and property developers as well as attorneys wanting to engage with brokers to raise and address concerns relating to the industry

Why should you join?

Whether you’re part of a large agency or an independent broker, we all face the same challenges and obstacles as well as successes in the industry. The Commercial Brokers Forum is for likeminded brokers to discuss and address challenges, and to help regulate and improve the levels of service within the industry. Together we can help improve the industry.

Membership is free and open to all qualifying participants. Members are able to post new topics, reply to topics and discuss ideas and assist one another. This forum is designed and managed by brokers, for brokers.
